Our client, a global auto-financing captive, is seeking an accomplished Non-Executive Director to join its Board to help guide the next phase of growth for this well-respected, industry-leading organisation.
This is a pivotal opportunity to bring strategic insight, independence and challenge to the Board, ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations while driving sustainable growth, robust governance and long-term value for shareholders, customers and partners. As a Non-Executive Director, you will contribute to shaping the company’s strategic direction, scrutinising performance, and reinforcing a strong risk, conduct and control culture across the organisation.
Candidates will be seasoned leaders who have held senior executive roles within the auto finance sector or within a bank-owned motor lender, before developing a successful Non-Executive portfolio. You will combine deep sector knowledge with sound commercial judgement, a strong grasp of regulatory expectations and the credibility to influence at the highest levels. With the confidence to provide independent challenge and the ability to engage constructively, you will act as a trusted and respected voice at the Board table.
