Our client, a well-established and progressive financial services organisation, is looking to appoint a Head of Change & Innovation to lead its evolving operational transformation agenda.
This is a highly visible and delivery-focused role that requires an individual to combine strategic oversight with active delivery involvement in order to ensure execution. You will take ownership of enterprise-wide change, ensuring the organisation is positioned to respond, adapt and grow in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment. You will shape and deliver a clear vision for change and innovation, leading a small portfolio of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the societies operating model, improving efficiency and strengthening member outcomes. Working in close partnership with the Executive Team and Board, you will provide leadership and direction across all programmes, ensuring change is not only delivered effectively but embedded and sustained across the business.
You will be an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering change and transformation ideally within financial services however other sectors will be considered. The ability to challenge, guide and support at senior levels is essential.
