Taylor Harrison is seeking an inspirational and forward-thinking Chief Marketing Officer to join the executive leadership team of a highly respected UK bank. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will define and deliver a bold, customer-centric marketing strategy that drives commercial growth and elevates brand differentiation across the UK market.
The successful candidate will have full ownership of the marketing function, leading a sizable team across key areas including Brand Strategy & Pricing, Innovation, Digital & Marketing Operations, and CRM & Communications. You will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, deepening engagement, and improving retention, managing the entire customer lifecycle through data-led marketing that delivers long-term value and ensures propositions are relevant, responsive, and customer-first.
A central focus of the role is embedding a digital-first, insight-driven marketing model that creates seamless, personalised customer journeys and delivers measurable return of investment.
We’re looking for a commercially astute, digitally savvy, and strategically sharp marketing leader with deep financial services sector experience. You will be a proven agent of change, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, influencing at the highest levels, and delivering marketing that moves the dial commercially and culturally.
