Taylor Harrison is delighted to be representing a highly reputable, leading specialist bank, who are seeking to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following the retirement of the existing incumbent. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is a member of the Senior Executive Team and Bank Board.
The role demands an established finance professional and qualified accountant to provide financial, regulatory, strategic and operational support to both the CEO & Board and be responsible for all financial aspects of the Bank. Working alongside the CEO, the chosen candidate will assume significant strategic responsibilities in determining the Bank’s future direction, providing leadership in the evaluation of short and long term financial objectives and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and augment business opportunities.
Able to evidence extensive Board-level interaction, the successful individual will possess a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and have extensive experience of operating at a senior level within the financial services industry and/or banking. Candidates must be proven commercial leaders with strong personal credibility and an entrepreneurial flair and mindset. Excellent mental agility and emotional intelligence combined with the gravitas and self-assurance necessary to constructively challenge established senior executive thinking, will be paramount to the success of the individual.
