Our client, a recognised and respected regional building society seeks a progressive and impactful Chief Executive Officer to sit as a key member of the Bank’s board.
Tasked with providing visible, inspiring, and effective senior leadership, you will be an ambitious and entrepreneurial forward thinker who brings a fresh perspective to the Society’s existing practices and outlook to effectively guide it into the next stage of its journey.
Driving a step change in capability, the Chief Executive Officer will promote a culture of collaboration and transformation. Embedding innovation and creativity, you will motivate and empower colleagues across the Society to build an ambitious and committed team, whilst ensuring the mutual maintains its position at the forefront of both the industry agenda and the regulatory landscape.
The role demands a skilled leader with personal enthusiasm and passion, alongside a track record of success in managing people, risk and operational complexity. You will have the stature and credibility to inspire confidence at board level and will possess exceptional mental agility, emotional intelligence and the ability to bring a vison to life across the organisation. You will have been or are currently approved by a UK regulator in a senior managers function and have extensive experience of operating at a senior level within the financial services industry and/or banking.
