The Chair will be responsible for providing independent and effective direction to the Society and to lead the Board efficiently and effectively, undertaking its stewardship and oversight functions.
The selected individual will need to demonstrate the ability to inspire confidence and trust, be able to hold individuals to account and ensure constructive debate and effective decision making. Candidates must possess independent judgement and tenacity and be able to communicate with clarity and integrity.
