Our client, an international bank, seeks a Chief of Staff with a particular focus on HR, people, and culture. You will be responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer across a broad range of business issues and will define, develop and drive the people strategy for the UK operation.
Collaborating with the executive leadership, you will evolve and embed Bank culture, ensuring high levels of engagement throughout the business and driving organisational change to create an inspiring and empowered workplace.
As a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide critical thinking and problem-solving support, lead on cross-functional projects and initiatives and set objectives for a balanced scorecard measurement to improve performance and meet the Bank’s strategic goals.
Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Bank’s ESG strategy and initiatives, working closely with the business and senior leadership to drive sustainability initiatives, manage ESG reporting, and enhance the company's ESG performance.
You will have experience of designing and implementing people and culture strategies within the financial services/banking environment, with proven experience and a depth of understanding of the FCA Senior Manager Regime and Remuneration Code.
The role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, is based in London with hybrid working arrangements offered. In addition, the role offers a base salary of up to £140,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
